The Platinum Residence in Warsaw was awesome with its amazing views, spacious and clean apartments, and modern amenities including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the city center, and the option of using UBER made getting around even easier. The staff was flexible and accommodating, awesome for a late checkout and providing excellent customer service.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transport, including a nearby subway station. The staff at the reception, especially Grzegorz, were helpful and friendly.

There were some issues with the electronic lock on the main door, which caused inconvenience for guests.
