The Platinum Residence in Warsaw was awesome with its amazing views, spacious and clean apartments, and modern amenities including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the city center, and the option of using UBER made getting around even easier. The staff was flexible and accommodating, awesome for a late checkout and providing excellent customer service.

This makes it easy to explore the various attractions in the area and saves a lot of time when commuting. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with a fully-equipped kitchen that includes a stove, kettle, and dishwasher. The bathroom is clean and has all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff is friendly and accommodating, allowing guests to leave their luggage after check-out.
There were some issues with the electronic lock on the main door, which caused inconvenience for guests.
