The Platinum Residence in Warsaw was awesome with its amazing views, spacious and clean apartments, and modern amenities including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the city center, and the option of using UBER made getting around even easier. The staff was flexible and accommodating, awesome for a late checkout and providing excellent customer service.

We were absolutely amazed by our stay at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt like we were in an upscale retreat. The apartment was spacious, bright, and well-equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. The view from the 15th floor was lovely. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transport, including a nearby subway station. The staff at the reception, especially Grzegorz, were helpful and friendly.

The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with a fully-equipped kitchen that includes a stove, kettle, and dishwasher. The bathroom is clean and has all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff is friendly and accommodating, allowing guests to leave their luggage after check-out.
There were some issues with the electronic lock on the main door, which caused inconvenience for guests.
